Q: Does Shanbo offer secondary processing through its services?

Sorry, We currently do not provide secondary machining of CNC machining.

Q: I don't have a 3D CAD model, can you create one for me?

Of course, we have a team of design engineers who have always been very professional. They have good English communication skills and can provide you with design services at any time.

Q: What types of documents do you accept?

We can accept native SolidWorks (.sldprt) or ProE (.prt) files as well as from other CAD systems in IGES (.igs), STEP (.stp), ACIS (.sat) or Parasolid (.x_t or .x_b) formats, we can also accept .stl files.

Q: How do I get a quote?
